Sales Executive in Canada

AdvocateDaily.com is Canada's digital legal news outlet that creates stories using our members as credible sources. Based on continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our established team in Toronto.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital media sales, knowledge of legal marketing tactics, and a keen interest in business development and client relations.



Responsibilities include:

  • Selling memberships, digital advertising and our other PR products to legal professionals
  • Prospecting new accounts through cold calls, social media involvement and attending legal events
  • Presenting the suite of AdvocateDaily.com services to lawyers and legal marketing professionals with conviction and authority
  • Securing new business, developing client relationships and prioritizing annual renewals
  • All administrative duties required to maintain a strong prospect list, weekly sales reporting, invoicing, and account services execution
  • Working closely with content, design and management team to ensure all aspects of the sales process and client services are adhered to
Qualifications:
  • Two plus years of digital media sales experience
  • An understanding of legal marketing tactics and guidelines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent in-person presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM software
