Administer the maintenance of the organizational structure ensuring that all approved structural changes and labour movements are accurately updated in a timely manner.

Assist in the development and delivery of learning and development initiatives to meet the needs of the workforce through visible and cost effective initiatives.
Develop and monitor strategies and opportunities to improve attraction, retention and engagement of employees which result in improved productivity through reduced turnover of employees. Additional Focus on attraction & retention of First Nations.
