• Manage the Employee Relation in its various field of activity across the business units in Canada
• Will play a key role in the implementation of a new global ER model

What you will need for this role
To succeed in this role, you will have:
• Bachelor’s Degree of Industrial Relations, Human Resources or other connected discipline
• 10 to 15 years of relevant ER experience in the mining and/or manufacturing industry
• Bilingual, English and French
• Knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial labor laws and be familiar with union environment across Canada, its key players and the issues at stake
• Must have a solid negotiating experience and major negotiating achievements on his resume (ex, central table)
• Human resources management skills
• Must have been exposed to base on interest negotiation
