Description
Fitbit, Inc. is seeking a creative and analytical channel marketing manager to help us expand our footprint in the retail channel and drive customer growth and brand awareness. In this customer focused position, you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring retailer specific marketing plans and promotions and you’ll be a steward of the Fitbit brand across all our retail and e-tail channels.
As part of the channel sales team you will work directly with our sales partners and reseller accounts to drive awareness, sell thru and market share for Fitbit products in Canada.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive the retail marketing strategy for Fitbit including budget and key priorities, in assigned accounts
  • Build retailer specific plans for account success including online and offline promotions, programs, merchandising, displays, contests, and training
  • Manage the development and implementation of in-store merchandising and displays, in accordance with corporate brand guidelines and objectives
  • Uncover and help implement all training programs within assigned accounts
  • Drive ROI analysis to ensure our channel marketing programs provide maximum impact for our budget
  • Become an expert in our retail partners marketing approaches including developing relationships across their organizations and a deep expertise in their business drivers and operations
  • Become an expert in our consumer and understand their mindset and purchasing habits
  • Spearhead new and innovative retail programs that help define Fitbit and our category
  • Manage specific projects as required by the team
